School Plan and Annual Reports
The Bateman Primary School Plan 2026 – 2028 has been designed by the School Board in response to parent and staff feedback, performance data and the Department of Education’s imperatives for the coming years.
This document supports our underlying belief in the ability of every student to excel at their level of need and capacity. It builds on our belief that our school flourishes through the partnerships created with families and agencies to best support our students in a safe and inclusive environment.
To enable successful implementation of Our Vision and to provide a method of measuring and monitoring our successes, we will focus our planning on the following six areas –
- Relationships and Partnerships.
- The Learning Environment.
- Leadership.
- Use of Resources.
- Teacher Quality
